About Us

ASF Building and Decorating Ltd has been established since 2006 and we are based in and work on projects throughout London and around the M25.

Our director, Shezai Fejzo, has 20 years experience in the building industry. Working as a freelance builder from 1995, he then began working for a decorating company in 1999 before founding ASF Building and Decorating Ltd.

Since then, the company has completed a number of high end refurbishments. Projects have involved working on a complete interior refurbishment on a three bedroom house in Wimbledon, a three bedroom flat in Kentish town and a three storey property conversion and refurbishment into two flats in Hampstead. These are a few examples among many large and small projects for private and commercial clients.

The majority of work that ASF does have been on recommendation from existing customers, services are professionally done with high standards of finish and quality.

All workmanship is done by people qualified in their specified industry, for example plumbers are CORGI registered and electricians NICEIC approved.
