We have been very pleased with the work that ASF Ltd have undertaken on 9 Heath Street Hampstead. Although a relatively small project, of £350,000, it was a complex project carried out on a confined site, above occupied premises.
The project was finished to a high standard and the 2 units were let within 2 weeks at asking rents. -Mike Samuels.
